Ngalyod (Female Rainbow Serpent), Namarrkon (Lightning Spirit), Crocodile, Untitled
Peter learned to paint on bark from his father and grandfather before transitioning to arches paper. His style reflects the traditional motifs found on the rocks of Kakadu. As one of the few remaining members of his clan still practicing painting, his work is highly esteemed by collectors, museums and galleries worldwide. Peter also served as a guide and mentor at rock art sites in his homeland, sharing his extensive knowledge of sacred sites and Aboriginal myths from Western Arnhem Land.
