Mbantua Gallery offers Free Shipping and Insurance to all destinations worldwide for unstretched paintings bought from our website. So you don't have to worry about any extra charges!
Australia - Delivery Time and Shipping Methods
Mbantua Gallery uses 2 freight carriers – Australia Post and TNT Couriers. The method we use for your order will depend on the size of the artwork and where the order is going.
As our service originates in the small town of Alice Springs in Central Australia this can take as many as 3-6* business days. You will receive a tracking or consignment number and details of your delivery as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have chosen to have your painting framed/stretched before sending the shipping charge will be still be free within Australia. Overseas - Delivery Time and Shipping Methods
Orders to all destinations outside Australia will be sent airmail via Australia Post or an International courier service. Your painting(s) should arrive between 10-14* business days after payment has been confirmed. There may be unforeseen circumstances at the destination or within the freight company that we have no control over. Please contact us if you are concerned at all regarding the shipment of your order. A framed/stretched painting will attract a small freight charge for international orders depending on the size of the painting ordered.
Import Duties/Taxes:
Please be aware that the importation of works of Aboriginal Art into other countries may entail a duty or tax. It is the responsibility of the customer buying or receiving the goods to pay this duty or tax. You may contact the relevant Customs Office of that country to determine whether duties are payable.
Australian GST
The Australian Goods and Services Tax or GST is calculated on all orders with delivery within Australia. For international destinations this tax will be automatically deducted from the cost of your goods.
Insurance
All orders made through the Mbantua Gallery website will be insured by us until you have received it. We like to make things as easy as we can for you! If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
