Roy, the son of Utopia artists Janice Clarke Kngwarreye and the late Wally Clarke Pwerle, supports Taralyn's artistic journey. Taralyn's father is Simon Morton Petyarre, and her late mother was from Yuendumu. Her aunt, Colleen Morton Petyarre, has been painting for Mbantua Gallery for many years.
