Artwork Story
This is a Central Australian woomera, likely from the Western Desert area. It looks to be made from river gum wood and was made back in the 1930's. The peg has been tied on with kangaroo tendon. There are lots of scratch marks on this woomera and a variety of red, white and black ochres have been rubbed into the wood.
