Found the perfect artwork but would prefer to pay over time? Mbantua Gallery is pleased to offer a lay-by option for approved customers, making it easier to purchase authentic Aboriginal art at a pace that suits your budget.

How to Place a Lay-By Order

Placing a lay-by is simple:

1. Add your chosen artwork(s) to your cart and proceed through the checkout as usual.
2. Select Lay-By Purchase as your payment method at checkout.
3. Once your order has been received, we will email you an invoice with payment options for your initial deposit.

Lay-By Terms

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your purchase.
• The remaining balance is to be paid over a maximum period of six months.
• We recommend making regular monthly or fortnightly instalments, however you are welcome to make payments at a schedule that suits you.
• You may complete your lay-by at any time by paying the remaining balance early.

Making Payments

Credit Card

Your invoice includes a blue Pay Now button, allowing you to securely make payments by credit card online. You can continue using the same invoice link each time you wish to make an instalment.

Direct Deposit

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, our bank account details are provided on your invoice. Please include your order number as the payment reference so we can correctly allocate your payment.

When Your Lay-By Is Paid in Full

Once your final payment has been received, we will email you an updated paid invoice along with your Australia Post tracking details. Your artwork will then be carefully packed and dispatched for delivery.
