As our gallery is located in Alice Springs, in the heart of Central Australia, delivery times may take approximately 7-10* business days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your artwork's journey.

Every painting purchased from Mbantua Gallery includes free shipping within Australia, whether you choose to receive your artwork unstretched or professionally stretched before dispatch. Overseas - Delivery Time and Shipping Methods

We proudly ship Aboriginal artworks from Central Australia to collectors around the world. International orders are sent via Australia Post International or a trusted international courier service, depending on the size and destination of your artwork.

Most international deliveries arrive within approximately 14-21* business days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times can vary depending on customs processing, local postal services and circumstances outside of our control. If you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Free worldwide shipping and insurance applies to all unstretched paintings. If you choose to have your artwork professionally stretched before international delivery, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on the size of the artwork and the destination.

Import Duties and Taxes

When purchasing Aboriginal artwork from Australia, please be aware that your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer receiving the artwork.

Australian GST
