Payment Options

At Mbantua Gallery, we offer a range of secure and flexible payment options to make purchasing your artwork as simple and convenient as possible. Whether you prefer to pay online, via bank transfer or through an instalment arrangement, we are here to help make your experience seamless.

Credit Cards

Credit card payments can be made securely online through our trusted payment gateway, Stripe. We take every precaution to ensure your transaction details remain safe and secure. Mbantua Gallery accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

PayPal

PayPal provides a secure and convenient way to purchase artwork online using electronic funds transfer or a linked debit or credit card. To use PayPal at checkout, you will need an existing PayPal account connected to your preferred payment method. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Afterpay

You can choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout, allowing you to pay for your purchase in manageable instalments. If you do not already have an Afterpay account, you can create one during checkout and complete your purchase. Learn more about using Afterpay at checkout.

Direct Deposit/International Money Transfer

If you prefer to pay by direct deposit, select this option during checkout and our account details will be provided. International customers will also receive our SWIFT code for international transfers. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed.

Cheque/Money Order

If you would like to pay by cheque or money order, please contact us through our Contact Us page or call us on +61 477 443 473 before placing your order. Your artwork will be dispatched once payment has cleared with our bank, which generally takes approximately three business days from the date of deposit.

Lay-by

We offer a lay-by option, allowing you to secure your chosen artwork and pay in instalments. A 20% deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable over a maximum period of six months. You are welcome to complete your payments sooner if you wish.

While your artwork is secured with us, it will be carefully stored until payment has been received in full. If you select the lay-by option, our team will contact you to arrange your deposit and discuss your ongoing instalment payments.
