Harry Nona is a Torres Strait Islander artist from Badu Island, Queensland. His diverse work includes ceramics, painting, and printmaking, often reflecting the cultural heritage and natural environment of the Torres Strait.

One of his early notable works is the ceramic piece Floor Pot (Fish & Stingray) created in 1989, which is held in the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art collection. This piece highlights his connection to traditional Torres Strait Islander themes through unique ceramic art.

In 2023, Nona's painting Four Winds of Zenadth Kes received the People's Choice Award and was the runner-up at the Gab Titui Indigenous Art Award. The artwork was celebrated for its deep representation of seasonal changes and their importance to Torres Strait Islander life and culture.

Nona has also been featured in exhibitions like Meriba Tonar | Ngoelmudh | Our Way, showcasing emerging Torres Strait Islander artists and their stories. Through his art, Harry continues to honour and preserve the rich traditions of the Torres Strait Islands.
