Earth's Creation arrives to Alice

The painting Earth's Creation by the late Emily Kame Kngwarreye of Utopia, has returned to its rightful home in Central Australia.

It has been exhibited in Japan, Canberra and Darwin since being purchased at auction in 2007 and has never been shown in Alice Springs. It's now home.

The painting, consisting of four separate panels, arrived into Alice at 8am via an air ride truck from Darwin, keeping the painting at a climate controlled 21 degrees with ultimate soft suspension on the territory roads.

Earth's Creation will be exhibited at the Mbantua Cultural Museum with an emphasis on it's connection to the Earth. A launch date will be announced imminently.
